BACK TO SCHOOL
The Marana district starts classes
on August 6th. Please be aware of
children walking to school or to the
bus in our neighborhood.
Hello Members! Hello Members! Hello Members! Hello Members! As our busy season draws to a close, I
would like to thank the staff who have assisted
members and kept the Center clean and our
swimmers safe this summer. In this issue, you
can read more about our lifeguards and office
assistants. I would also like to thank the members
who have helped the Center run smoothly by
honoring our shared guidelines and treating our
facilities with respect and care.
In the coming year, members can expect
that the swing sets will be upgraded, a tire swing
and spinner will be added and the monkey bars
removed. A decision will be made regarding
upgrading the tennis courts 3 and 4 and the
parking lots will be seal-coated. Please remember
that we have a wide variety of sport items
available to check out to use at Countryside and
we also offer snacks, soda, and water for sale at
our concession stand in the front office. We also
have many “lost” items at our counter, so be sure
to look for your missing belongings!
Finally, I am looking for about 10 members
interested in helping to plan a Craft Fair that could
be held before the holiday season, if there is
enough interest. If you would like to help, please
give me a call.
I look forward to seeing you all at our
Labor Day Party!
