Zusammenfassung
Vor Therapie mit potentiell hepatotoxischem Medikament- Präexistente Lebererkrankung? (HBsAg Carrier)- Genetische Prädisposition (Familienanamnese)- Komedikation – Interaktionen - Alkohol
Erhöhung der LFP unter Therapie- Ausschluss von interkurrenten Lebererkrankungen- Latenzzeit bis Auftreten – Signature (ALF) - Autoimmunität ausschließen (Minozyklin)
Therapeutische Optionen- Dechallenge, No Rechallenge in severe Cases !!- N-Acetylcystein/Glukokortikoide?/UDCA?- OLT/MARS?
