� Terms of the sale are cash or a good check payable to Heritage Cattle. Cattle must be paid for before they are released.

� Customers leaving cattle at Heritage Cattle are encouraged to carry an insurance policy. We use and recommend Howard Miller Livestock Insurance ( 817 ) 732-1872. We will be happy to assist you getting this done.

� Each animal will become the buyer’s responsibility as soon as sold. We are not responsible for accidents, but will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of cattle and attendees.

� All animals sold will be transferred upon receipt and clearance of full payment.

� Breeding Guarantee: Buyers of the Brahman and Red Brangus females will receive 2 straws of semen from Heritage or OB Ranch on each heifer purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer to breed their heifer either by A.I. or natural service. If a heifer does not become pregnant, Heritage or OB Ranch reserves the right to try for a six month period to breed the heifer. If the female proves to be a non breeder, a female of comparable rank, or credit on the purchase of another heifer will be offered.

� Buyers of Brahman bulls from Heritage or IFSA Cattle Company are encouraged to have a semen evaluation performed on their bull between 22 - 24 months old by an accredited veterinarian. Should the semen evaluation rank poor or low, Heritage or IFSA Cattle Company will then have the opportunity to have the bull rechecked at the sellers expense. If the bull proves to be a non breeder, a bull of comparable rank, or credit on the purchase of another bull will be offered.

� Any announcement made from the auction block on sale day will take precedence over any previously printed material or supplements.

� Cattle for Export: All cattle sold for export must be paid in full immediately following the sale or within one week after the sale by wire transfer. Seller will supply all necessary health testing required for export. Care will be provided by Heritage Cattle for a reasonable time. Cattle staying longer than 30 days will be charged a board fee. Additional transporting cost to the border or airport will be paid by the buyer. Health Insurance is encouraged on cattle remaining at Heritage.

Powerful February 3rd show prospect! Judge her from the ground up. Bling is a big footed deep heeled heifer that is fluid in her movement. Her bone circumference and clean joints set her apart. She is one that is stout made from the top of her back to her belly and long from nose to tail. Bling 556/4 has one of the sweetest dispositions and personalities of any calf we have sold. Bling is sired by the former champion and register of renown bull, Mr KC Winchester 999. Bling will make a great show heifer and showmanship calf.

Full sister to Lot 2, Jadan is a beautiful February heifer that is long bodied, level topped and well muscled. Her dark points and features make her super attractive. Jadan is smooth from the shoulders forward and blends nicely through her neck and head. Our customers have continued to pay a premium for these JDH Elroy Manso 712/4 daughters. We feel like this is one of his best.

It’s no secret as cattle breeders we are looking for that next young prospect that is sound footed, big boned, clean sheathed, big topped, and thick quartered. In my opinion, Walks Alone 558/4 is that bull. He is sired by JDH Impression Manso 719/4, the many times champion bull for J.D. Hudgins. Many customers have driven through this group of calves, and while each pick out their favorite, Lot 7 Lady H Rhonda Manso 560/4 is always on the list. This March baby is a full sister to Lot 6 and just as powerful. She is big topped, feminine fronted, deep ribbed and sound footed. The JDH Atlas Manso 328/3 x JDH Westin Manso 80/1 in my opinion will prove to be one of the most sought after genetic combinations for years to come. There has been some nice show heifers sold this fall, but I’m not sure any better than this one! Brazos Belle 587/4 has the look, design, and shape Heritage females are known for. She exemplifies the pretty and power term that I use quite often. Study this heifer from the ground up. She stands on a big foot with heavy bone and moves with ease. Her dark pigmentation and black points add a positive show look to her flawless appearance. She is sired by Mr H Cason Manso 49/8 the black pigmented Maddox 684 son that has also produced the “Happy” 420/3 champion heifer for Kaitlyn Kempen and the “Aggie” 405/3 champion bull for Kayla Mason. The dam of Brazos Belle 587/4 is our 46/8 donor cow that is a maternal sister to our register of renown cows, + Miss SNS 128/2 & +Miss SNS 95/1. This will be one of the top heifers to leave Heritage Cattle.

A March 11th baby doll that is loaded with thickness and bone! Avery 561/4 is another special designed female out of the legendary Winchester 999 bull. This heifer will continue to just keep getting better the longer she is in the barn. A great temperament and an outstanding female.

Miranda 562/4 is a natural calf out of Kristen’s show heifer, Lady H Adalyn Manso 55/9 and our senior sire JDH Gideon Manso 480/1. Here’s one that we believe will be competitive from the start.
