Since 1963 Heritage Trade Show Services has been providing nationwide tradeshow and decorating services to meeting planners and associations throughout the country. We are headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and maintain warehouse facilities throughout the United States. Our business takes us from coast to coast and around the globe. We have significant experience in every major U.S. market and have provided services for conferences in Europe and Asia. We are prepared for anything, anywhere, anytime, and have the resources to make certain each event is a complete success.

No matter the situation or the need our people have the experience and resources to find solutions and ensure your event is successful. Our goal is to provide first-rate services with the most committed and qualified personnel that our industry has to offer. Our people make the difference. Our Transportation & Equipment Our transportation equipment is comprised of only the latest models including Heritage logoed trailers, tractors, straight trucks and cargo vans. Because we operate on a nationwide direct basis, our fleet will continue to grow as we grow. All vehicles, including our aerodynamic trailers, exceed EPA requirements and are all CARB (California Air Resource Board) certified meeting the most stringent California clean air requirements.

This commitment to green technology enables the Heritage fleet to achieve miles per gallon 100% greater than conventional non CARB compliant vehicles while reducing our carbon footprint. We challenge our competition to do the same.

As with all of our equipment, each vehicle is impeccably clean and meticulously maintained.

Acquisitions We have recently acquired two exposition contractors, which has significantly added to our in-house inventory of equipment. As a result, Heritage has the most extensive trade show inventory, including new and like-new velour drape.

Our Facilities We have recently added 50,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in new markets to provide ample space for new equipment and inventory and to ensure efficient business operations. Our customized inventory management system ensures the products and equipment we offer our exhibitor is in excellent condition and ready for the show floor before it leaves our facility.

Our Equipment Inventory We have added a larger selection of custom furniture to our standard furniture inventory. This enables us to offer exhibitors significant savings on what would normally be a custom rental. Unlike our competitors that rent furnishings to supplement their inventory, we own our inventory. Because we have control of our inventory, we can offer significantly discounted rates, as compared to having to order from a 3rd party specialty furniture vendor. Carpet Management In addition to a vast array of aisle carpet colors (red, hunter, navy, blue, grey, and black), Heritage Trade Show Services is at the forefront of the industry, offering recycled content carpet (blue jay – blue w/black specs, tuxedo – grey w/black specs, cayenne – red w/black specs). Worn and unusable carpet is recycled direct with the mill.

Overview All equipment and services required by individual exhibitors and/or show management, including complete in-house state of the art graphics, rental furnishings, aisle/booth and area carpet, custom rental displays, floral, freight, shipping and I&D labor services are handled directly by Heritage.

Preshow – Show Management Staff The Heritage team and “Show Management Staff” will establish a timeline with dates and deadlines for all procedures. This includes the development of floor plans and obtaining all necessary approvals. Heritage will also work with the event manager to develop and distribute the exhibitor service kit, which is available in both PDF form and on-line ordering format (a hard copy can be mailed upon request). Heritage will work closely with the event manager on all show logistics and will communicate with the facility and any facility designated support vendors. Heritage will also research all logistics including: Docks, doors, marshaling yard, parking, and environmental impact. In addition, Heritage will work closely with “Show Management Staff” to design and produce all signage needed to enhance the look and direction of the show.

Service Overview Customer Service Approach

Preshow – Exhibitors Upon approval of the Service Kit, Heritage will provide both PDF and on-line access to all exhibitors per procedures and dates established. Exhibitors will always have the option to speak with any one of the Heritage team members assigned to the conference. Our toll free number, which dials directly to real people, will be provided to all exhibitors for quick and easy communications.

The Heritage “Exhibitor Satisfaction Guarantee” We take pride in our commitment to providing a level of customer service that far exceeds our industry peers. This level of service standard extends to your exhibitors in all aspects of the event. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises with any aspect of our services, we are committed to achieving customer satisfaction. To that end, if an exhibitor is not satisfied with a product or service rendered, an amenable resolution will be reached between both parties. If the customer is still not satisfied, that exhibitor will be credited in full.

On-site – Show Management Staff Heritage will provide dedicated on-site staff members to “Show Management Staff” to provide floor management support for exhibitor needs and compliance. If requested, Heritage will provide a dedicated staff member to work with “Show Management Staff” to hang banners, place signs, deliver association goods and other association requirements, etc.

Post-Event Activities – Show Management Staff Heritage will coordinate a post-show meeting to discuss all aspects and obtain feedback surrounding the show. It is our goal and commitment to enhance and develop the show continually, year after year.

Post Event Activities – Exhibitor Heritage will settle all exhibitor matters on show site. We will follow up after the close of the show with each exhibitor to make certain nothing is left open and/or unclear. In addition, HES Logistics will track and follow all shipments handled. As needed, we will provide any possible assistance to the exhibitors that opted to ship via common carrier.

In summary, Heritage representatives will do whatever it takes to ensure your event is a complete success throughout all phases of the event from planning, production to completion.
