OVERVIEWThe Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax is conveniently located at Hwy 401 and Salem Road, just 35 miles from Toronto International Airport. We have been proudly serving the Durham Region and surrounding areas for over 10 years.Our Canadian Hall is 2,000 square feet which can be divided with partition walls into three smaller rooms and we have multiple boardrooms.

ACCOMMODATIONSThe Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax has 134 guest rooms including Junior Suites. Our Hotel offers complimentary wifi, an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, business centre, lounge, and our very own on-site restaurant.The Homewood Suites by Hilton is located just across the parking lot and has 104 guest suites featuring kitchens with full-sized refrigerators. They offer compli- mentary wifi, an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, lounge, and an outdoor patio with BBQs and a golf putting green.

MEETING AMENITIESAll function room bookings include complimentary wifi, notepads and pens, water stations, candies, local phone calls, and up to 100 photocopies. Audio visual equipment are available upon request for additional rental fees.

FOOD AND BEVERAGEDue to hotel policy, the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax must provide all food and beverage and may not leave the premises. No outside food or beverage items are permitted in our function rooms with exception of celebration cakes. Menu selections must be submitted to your Sales Representative a minimum of 14 days prior to function date and final number of guests must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to function date. Please advise of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance so we can do our best to accommodate. A 15% service charge will be applied to all food and beverage arrangements. Applicable sales tax will apply to all costs.

FUNCTION TIMESStart and end times of all functions are to be strictly adhered to. These times are indicated on your contract and all of your guests and belongings are to be removed from the function room at the specified time.

SOCAN/RE-SOUNDPlease be advised that we are required by law to collect Royalty Fees from your function if musical entertainment is involved. The collection of money is then distributed to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada.

DAMAGESWe reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to

the premises will be charged accordingly. The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax will not be responsible for damage or loss of any personal property/equipment

prior to, during, or after functions.
