Motorized Feeder Dedicated to LED Five parts can be picked up simultaneously with one feeder.
Refers to the function recognizing parts without stopping during movement after part pickup using Hanwha’s own ‘On-the-Fly’ image recognition technology. It maximizes part placement speed by making the recognition time zero.
Head with Variable Pitch The pitch is automatically changed to the pitch between parts for part pickup, and to PCB array pitch for part placement.
Able to place LEDs on large LED lighting PCBs with a maximum length of 1,500mm.

• Implemented optical system with wavelength extraction for the purpose of LED light source recognition - Wavelength corresponding to blue color is blocked in design out of blue and red colors • Improved lens mounting quality - Accuracy of mounting : ±100μm(±200μm including process error)
Minimizes the time to create a program by automatically setting feeders by rank when selecting a working method according to the characteristics of the PCB.
Automatically checks for flip-over and the incorrect insertion of LED through the vision system, preventing defective placement in advance.
As a system that manages the brightness of LED parts by rank, it compares and manages produced products and rank information of LED parts by using a barcode system.
Sounds an alarm to the operator to prevent part misplacement when there is difference in the rank between a product being produced and a part.
When a feeder in operation has run out of parts, this function allows the feeder to be changed automatically and generates an alarm for part replacement simultaneously, reinforcing the non-stop operation and work convenience.
