With capacity for up to 2,000 guests, the Monarch Suite offers complete flexibility for all types of large events. The room can be divided or combined with adjacent suites and facilities, such as the Warwick. This allows Event Planners to arrange a morning seminar, lunch and afternoon breakout meeting in the connecting rooms. For product launches, exhibitions, sales conferences or gala dinners, the suite features its own entrance, which can be branded. The Monarch provides 1,300m2 of space, allowing for creative freedom when it comes to event design. Superb multimedia facilities and the cathode
lighting system enhance any show and the suite also benefits from its own Organiser’s office. Over the years, the space has been transformed to create a variety of experiences, including: a winter wonderland with Northern Lights; a log cabin entrance with a roaring fire, snow and reindeer; and a magical big top with sideshows and tent-effect lighting. Our Executive Chef has themed menus to match these creative ideas. The foyer area of the suite has a cloakroom and washroom facilities. Licensed until 2:00am and located on the Ground Floor, the suite has easy access from street level, making it perfect for car launches.

Located in the centre of the hotel, directly off the main Lobby, the Palace Suite is ideal for product launches, exhibitions and gala dinners. The suite offers excellent access, opening directly onto the road for speedy loading. Whatever the event, this central area provides a compact flow and flexible set up. The adjacent Library and Arden Suite can be used for VIP areas, as a green room or for syndicates, while the back-of-house link to the Kings Suite can be used as a networking zone throughout your event.
If catering is required, this versatile space can be split to provide a main plenary room and adjacent catering area. For large-scale events, the nearby Kent Suite can be adapted to create an organiser’s office, while the cloakroom area makes an ideal information or registration point. The Palace Suite is licensed until 2:00am. Cloakroom and washroom facilities are available opposite the main entrance doors. Syndicate suites are located close by.

Accommodating up to 800 guests, our 900m2 Kings Suite is easy to access thanks to its Ground Floor location. Spacious and flexible, the suite can be subdivided to create breakout, dining or relaxation areas. The dedicated foyer makes an ideal registration point, while the licence until 2:00am is perfect for events such as shows and weddings.
For bigger gatherings, the Kings Suite can be connected to the adjacent Palace Suite via a back-of-house area, allowing event organisers to create a “grand reveal” or facilitate the flow of exhibition space. The syndicate suites, which are located close by, provide even more flexibility. Cloakroom and washroom facilities are available.

Located on the Ground Floor next to the Lounge area, our Westminster Suite offers flexible space for all kinds of events. For smaller groups or breakout areas, the suite can be easily divided into four individual rooms. Larger parties can use the adjacent Pavilion Suite which offers natural daylight and a dedicated registration area. This octagonal room also has a coloured lighting feature which is perfect for evening events and receptions. Both suites are licensed until Midnight for dinners and events. Cloakroom facilities are available in the foyer area.

Flexible and providing direct access to the Lobby, our Library subdivides into three separate suites. Accommodating up to 300 people, the space makes an ideal reception area or syndicate room for the Palace Suite. The room is licensed until 2:00am, which makes it a perfect venue for late events such as weddings and entertainment shows. Cloakroom facilities are available in the nearby foyer.
Situated adjacent to the Palace Suite, the Arden Suite can be divided into two separate spaces, perfect for events requiring a dedicated catering area. Located in the centre of the hotel, the Arden Suite is decorated in contemporary colours and textures. A licence until 2:00am makes it ideal for celebratory events, while cloakroom facilities are available next door.

Perfect for hosting VIP drinks receptions, the Warwick Suite is located within the Monarch foyer area. As such, the space is ideal for both larger meetings and for use as a syndicate room to the Monarch. Versatile and inviting, it can be used for registration, as a crew room or even as a chill out area. The room also divides into two separate spaces – the Brooke and Greville Suites – providing even more flexibility. Fully air-conditioned, easily accessed and with plenty of natural daylight, the Warwick Suite is licensed until 2:00am for events such as weddings and after-show parties. This pillared space also has a foyer with a cloakroom and washroom facilities.

Catering for up to 100 guests, our York and Lancaster rooms are ideal for meetings and for use as syndicate rooms. Both spaces are fully air conditioned and licensed until 2:00am for meetings and events. Located on the 1st Floor and accessible by stairs only, our Ascot, Windsor and Sunningdale rooms are smaller meeting spaces which may be used as syndicate or interview rooms. All three are licensed until 2:00am. Hot buffets are not available in first floor meeting spaces.
