Objectives of Project
• To demonstrate the real time monitoring using Geoinformatics combined with field observations
• Imja glacial lake as a pilot study• Early warning to safeguard mountain communities,
infrastructure and environment,• To demonstrate local area WIFI with the possibility to
connect with national telecom network and provide rural connectivity and access to information;
