Hong Kong People’s Fringe Festival 2012 is the first open-access fringe festival in Asia initiated by the community. Having the same vision as the world renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe, it embraces every form of art, encouraging local artists to promote the fringe culture in different communities. 香港藝穗民化節2012是亞洲首個真正由民間發起的開放式藝穗節，承襲世界知名的愛丁堡藝穗節的精神，涵蓋所有藝術範疇，鼓勵藝術團體於不同社區舉辦活動推廣藝穗文化。
