I. TRAININGSuccessful candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for a period of oneyear. On successful completion of training, they will be placed as Assistant Managers in any of theProject sites in various locations across India.

II. EMOLUMENTS

During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs. 20000/- permonth. On placement as Assistant Manager, they will be placed in the Scale of Pay of Rs.12600 -Rs.32500 with optional allowances under cafeteria package.

III. AGEMax. Age as on 01.10.2011 : 30 yrs.Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years in thecase of candidates belonging to OBC.

IV. APPLICATION FEEA Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in favour of “HLL Lifecare Limited” payable at Trivandrum to be sent bypost along with a copy of the print out of the application submitted online. The Name of the Applicant(in CAPITAL LETTERS) and Application Number ( which is automatically generated while applyingonline) should be legibly written on the back side of the Demand Draft.

Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of application fee.

V. SELECTION1)The selection process will consist of Written Test and Interview.2)Written Test is tentatively scheduled during the last week of December 2011. However, candidateswill be intimated separately the exact date, time and venue of the written test by post & e-mail.3)The venue of written test will be in New Delhi, Mumbai & Thiruvananthapuram however, dependingupon the response, the venue of the written test may be limited to either one or two centres.4)Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test alone will becalled for the interview.
