Step 1: Unscrew

the rear crossbar

plug.

Step 2: Drill at

Ø4 the two rivets

outside of the

beam that hold

the inserts.

Step 3: When all

the rivets are off,

extract the inserts

outside with a

hook or a rope.

Step 4: Position

the insert on the

port side

Step 5:

Pass the shock-

cord through the

pulley and pass

through the

crossbar coming

out the other side,

using a batten for

example.

Step 6: Tie an

overhand knot at

the end of the

security rope

Step 7: Pass the

schok-cord

through the knot

before tightening

Step 8: Tie a knot

around the

security rope with

the shock-cord.

Step 9: Pull each

end to tighten.

Step 11: With the

help of a mallet,

enter the insert

into the crossbar.

Step 12: Put the

crossbar screw in

place and fix with

the aluminum

4mm rivets at

each screw.
