The unique airfit dry purging airregulator results in air consump-tion savings of up to 70%.
In order to dramatically reduce the consumption of purging air and at the same time, ensure all the advantages of the membrane drying, a unique purging air regulation systemwas developed for the airfit dry membrane dryer. In contrast to alternative solutions, thecontrol valve was integrated in the purging air canal. The advantages are significant: duringpauses in operation, the purging air consumption drops to about 0.5 % of the ratedcapacity. On restarting, the full flow purging air becomes immeditately available.
Patented purging air regulator sets new standards
– Compact construction– No electrical connections are required– Minimal purging air consumption– Maintenance-free– Wear-free

The control valve (1) islocated in the purging aircanal (2). Thanks to theperfect matching of theswitching point and theresidual purging air flow, thedegree of drying of the air atthe dryer output (3) remainsconstant and the no-loadpurging air flow is mini-mized. The overflow valve (4)and the auxiliary valve (5)require only the availablecompressed air as the driveenergy.

try it!
– Use in the Ex segment– Practically noiseless– Private Label-Design– Optimal integration in airfit system solutions
The highly selective membrane and the patented purging airregulator make the airfit dry membrane dryer an intelligentsystem. It thus presents itself as a leading technological dryer forairline branch, single machine and workstation installations.
The homogeneous and highly selective membraneVariable purging air quantity but constant moleculestructureThe homogeneous and highly selective membrane of airfit dry membrane dryers allowswater molecules, exclusively, to diffuse. This latest technology provides two importantbenefits. Firstly, the molecular structure of the compressed air remains completelyunchanged during the drying. And secondly, the purging air flowy can be variedaccording to the application, since the purging air is taken from the dried air.Fundamentally, on this basis, it is also possible to dry media other than air. There arelimitations only with regard to the chemical resistance of the materials used.
