“JSVBS 2016” will be held from 3rd to 17th June 2016 from 4:45 pm to 6:45 pm. JSVBS Theme for 2016 - “I am the Good Shepherd" (Nalla Edayan) St. John 10:11Opening Ceremony of the JSVBS will be held on Friday, 3rd June at 8.30 a.m. at NECK Sunday School Hall soon after the Holy Qurbana. Registration (children between the ages of 4 and 16) for the JSVBS has already started. The registration forms are available with the class teachers, at church counter and can also be downloaded from our website www.stgeorgesyriankuwait.com.

Last date for submission of registration forms is 6th May 2016. Parents who wish to sponsor the daily refreshment may please contact the Vicar, Sunday School Head Master or JSVBS Director Mrs. Giby Susil.

The Ascension of Christ will be celebrated on Friday 6th May 2016 along with the regular Holy Qurbana at NECK.

The Pentecost Day will be celebrated on Friday 13th May 2016 along with the regular Holy Qurbana atNECK. The regular service will start 30 minutes earlierthan the usual time on that day.The 10 days between the Ascension and the PentecostDay are considered to be the days of anticipation and preparation to receive the Holy Spirit. Therefore, all are requested to come prepared in faith and with prayers to receive the Holy Spirit on the Pentecost Day.
