RAIS is accredited by Accrediting Commission for Schools Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC) since 2004.

The current accreditation is until 2022.

The WASC Visiting Team visited RAIS on March 13-15, 2019.

The ACS WASC full visit due in March 2022.

The organization had maintained a good quality

management system improvement of activities

e.g.

- A good SWOT analysis was updated for the

current situation and planned for further

improvement, e.g. the professional development

plan.

- Recreational areas were provided for teachers and students that made for a closer

relation and an area to relax after the class.

- Noise reduction was done by using tennis ball for table leg tip.

ISO Recommendation

1. It would be beneficial to ensure electrical

safety for some equipment that is reachable

by students, e.g. sockets in the play room

(finger protection, insulation pads at the

backside of movable sockets).

3. It would be beneficial to ensure

the relevant forms are filled out

before the probation has passed,

e.g. orientation form.

2. It would be beneficial to monitor the

expiry date of raw materials for food

preparation, e.g. hygienic chicken, smoky

bite sausages, whipping cream, egg, etc.

and identify the use-by date of salad

dressing stock.

2. The G1 & G2 students will go home with the other students at 11:40.

3. Projects will be arranged by the teachers and presented to the section head prior to the exam days, and the students will complete these during the exam days.

5. The quarterly grades must be submitted the same time as other grades.

Dr. Brian K. Perkins - Columbia University

Department of Organization and Leadership

Former Chair and Professor of Education Law and Policy at Southern

Connecticut State University. As Chair, Dr. Perkins successfully led his

department through the accreditation and licensure of the university’s first

doctoral program. Dr. Perkins was an instructor the Yale University department

of Chemistry and was awarded the distinguished teaching award for instruction

in Inorganic Chemistry Problems. He has served as a consultant to school

districts throughout the U.S., Brazil, Israel, Thailand, the People’s Republic of

China, India, The Republic of South Africa and the Republic of South Africa.

Dr. Jared C. Horvath – Harvard University

Director, Science of Learning Group

(PhD, MEd) is an expert in the field of Educational Neuroscience with

a focus on translating neuroscientific principles to enhance teaching and

learning practices within the classroom. Jared has conducted research

and lectured at Harvard University, Harvard Medical School, the

University of Southern California, and the University of Melbourne and

has taught at schools around the Untied States and Australia.
