The PE826-APR has the best of the networking world with 3 different connectivity options: HomePlug, Wireless, and Ethernet. These 3 network connectivity options allow users to use the PE826-APR as a 2-port Ethernet switch for Ethernet devices nearby. When the users want to freely roam throughout the house with laptops or portable wireless products, the PE826-APR is also an integrated 802.11n access point, with data rate up to 300Mbps. The third connectivity option utilizes HomePlug AV technology transferring data rate up to 200Mbps. HomePlug turns ordinary home powerline into instant data network to further extend Wireless N coverage by eliminating blind spots and areas with weak signal in the house. To connect using HomePlug throughout the house, simply plug another HomePlug AV Ethernet bridge into any electrical outlet to receive instant network.
