Programme Overview

Strategic Management (2 days)

You will identify the trends effecting your company’s future and you

will learn to make strategic choices which will lead to a sustainable

competitive advantage.

Tactical Sales & Service (2 days)

During this course you will be given information and tools to create,

develop and provide excellent service and integrate this with tactical

sales in order to move or stay ahead of your competition.

Team and Personal Leadership (2 days)

With the help of self-assessment diagnostics you will know your

personal leadership style and competencies and you will acquire tools

to use these more effectively.

Making Financial Decisions (2 days)

During this interactive workshop you will explore dynamic budgeting,

aligning the budget with strategic decisions.

At the end of the second week of the programme you can choose

one of two modules:

Optional 1) Revenue Management (2 days)

Optional 2) Quality Management (2 days)
