The catering team at the O’Brien Centre for Science - Pi Restaurant understands that you want to make your event unique, so we have designed this brochure as a guide that can provide the structure to your event, which if required can then be adapted to suit your specific needs.
For large or bespoke events, please contact us to arrange a meeting in person where our team will be delighted to assist in crafting your event.
GUIDELINES
• Please ensure food and beverage is allowed in your function room before booking.
• Please book tables for your event from Campus Services. • A minimum of 72 hours notice for an event involving hot
food. • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all other
requests.
• All prices quoted on this sample menu are based on minimum number of 30 persons.
• Please contact us to discuss smaller numbers.• All menus are subject to availability and where necessary
products maybe substituted. • A cancellation charge may come into effect should you
cancel your event or reduce numbers during the minimum notice period.

Pricing • All prices are based on a `per person` charge and are excluding
VAT at the applicable rates.
Event Bookings • All orders must be received a minimum 48 hours in advance. • For events with less than 48 hours notice please enquire with
the Restaurant Manager as to what options are available.• Should your menu choice not be available at time of booking
we will supply you with a suitable alternative.• Final invoice will reflect the numbers received 48 hours in
advance of your event. Should the numbers increase we will add to your final invoice.
Cancellations • Cancellations must be received a minimum 48 hours in
advance. • Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the event
order
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Weekend Events • Weekend corporate dining events may result
in staff charges applying. • Costs of which will be agreed with the client
prior to the event.
Additional Event Items • If additional items are required to be hired in,
the costs associated may be added to your account.
• Costs of which will be agreed with the client prior to the event.
Any alternatives or amendments must be discussed with the Restaurant and Hospitality Manager only (not individual employees), unless this occurs the above terms and conditions are applicable.
