About Biblical Journeys

The New Testament contains the first four Gospels that you are probably already famil-iar with: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. We call this trip The Fifth Gospel because the Holy Land itself is a surviving witness to the events described by the authors of both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. This philosophy drives our mission to deliver a revealing scripture-based tour of these ancient places. By combining a Pastor’s experience and focused knowledge of ancient near-eastern life, with a top qual-ity and knowledgeable tour guide, we are able to offer you a unique and powerful once-in-a-lifetime experience to understand the Bible as you watch it come to life in ways imagination alone cannot achieve.

The Biblical Journeys’ Philosophy

Teaching people the Bible is my life’s passion. Being able to bring applicable truths from the Bible while we tour the Holy Land is the pinnacle of that passion. For Laura and myself, this will be our sixth trip to Israel and it never gets old. We continue to learn and grow with each trip. I hope you will join us on our next trip to the Holy Land. I guarantee you that you will learn things you never knew and, as a result, you will never read your Bible the same again the rest of your life. But not only will you learn, you will be challenged and inspired to take steps of faith that will cause spiritual growth in your life. This isn’t just a trip – it is an investment into your spiritual life that will change you forever!

Pastor Scott and Laura Distler

This will be our 3rd trip back to Israel and we can hardly wait! There is only one phrase to describe this trip “life changing”! When you experience the Holy Land with us your Bible will “literally” come to “life”! My Pastor made it clear to us before our very first trip, that in order to understand the Bible better, you need to understand It historically and cul-turally! While in the Holy Land our guide George Maskubi will help you to do just that, and our Pastor will tie it all together “Spiritually”! This trip will be “A trip of a lifetime” that will lit-erally change the way you study your Bible. Looking forward to seeing you in the Holy Land!

Araon Boyd, the lead singer of Bluetree, which originated in Belfasts’s Christian Fellowship Church (CFC). According to Boyd, the band was born out of frustration with the idea that worship has only to do with the heart but is much bigger than that if you love Jesus.

Aaron and his band have earned many awards and have produced many albums of worship music. He will be joining us on this unforgettable trip of touring and wor-ship in the Holyland.
