EXHIBITION OVERVIEW

上海国际酒店用品博览会（二期）暨上海国际酒店用品、工程、设计及商业空间系列展TOTAL SOLUTION FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

酒店展二期 HOTEL PLUS 是专为酒店、餐厅、商场、办公楼、医院等各类商业空间特别打造的，为其提供产品、服务和解决方案于一体的一站式采购平台。今年有效地整合为 3 大主题展区，分别是酒店用品及酒店家具展区，酒店建筑装饰、工程设计及照明智能展区，清洁、空净、物业、自助、智慧零售、连锁加盟展区，展览面积达到 21万平米，汇聚了3,000 余家参展企业，三天共接待了147,166人次的专业观众，同比增长 6.3%，今年的成绩更加夯实了展会在行业内的领军地位。

HOTEL PLUS, a specially designed B2B trade fair for hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals and other commercial spaces, provides a one-stop shopping platform for products, services and solutions. This year, it has effectively integrated three major themed exhibition areas, namely Hotel Supplies & Furniture Expo; Building & Decoration, Engineering & Design, Lighting & Intelligence Expo; Cleaning/ Facility/ Air purification/ Vending/ Smart Retail Expo. With the exhibition area reaches 210,000 m2, the show gathers over 3,000 exhibiting companies, receiving a total of 147,166 professional visitors in three days and featuring a 6.3% year-on-year visitor increase. This year's results have further strengthened the fair's leading position in the industry.

As one of the important sections, the Expo Contract Furniture and Deco for Commercial Properties and Hotels (W1-W2 Hall) caters numerous exhibits, such as high-quality hotel engineering furniture, commercial furniture, mattresses, outdoor furniture, decor and so on, thus providing a professional purchasing platform for hotels, construction companies, real estate developers, hotel management groups, interior design companies and catering chains.

As the indicator of hotel industry design trend, the Expo Contract Furniture and Deco for Commercial Properties and Hotels not only displays high-quality products, but also brings wonderful on-site forums, diverse showrooms and interesting activities to the audience. This year's forum and experience space "Urban Future Style" launches in W1 Hall and triggers in-depth cross-industry thinking around the "Trend of Commercial Space in the Sharing Age"; presents the latest industry views; aggregates design and products; and evokes industry resonance. In W2, The first series of Hotel Design White Paper activities also attracts the attention and participation of many designers, hotel groups and house owners, detonating the scene and receiving a high praise.

01 / “ 都市未来主义 ”2019 设计论坛——共享时代下的商业空间走向Urban Future Style 2019 Design Forum 科技技术突飞猛进的发展，人工智能层出不穷的出现。人们的办公、沟通、出行等生活方式都发生着巨大的改变，在共享经济已经来临的今天，主办方联合“Mexarts 漾美”策划了 “都市未来主义”设计论坛，携手10 多位中国、日本、丹麦设计大咖分享关于“共享时代商业空间走向”的理解与感悟，引发更多跨行业思考和共鸣。

此外，活动区还联合了 12 个国际知名品牌，打造 12 个不同的商业体验场景，从酒店 / 长租公寓样板空间到办公空间，从空间设计到产品使用，由于智能科技和共享概念的导入，与生活类设计服务商平台的结合，打破传统单一的局限，人性化的设计让生活和工作有了质的提升。

With the rapid development of science and technology, Artificial Intelligence emerges endlessly. People's work, communication, travel and lifestyles have undergone tremendous changes. Today, with the advent of the shared economy, the organizer UBM Sino Expo takes hands with Mexarts organizing the "Urban Futurism" design forum. Over 10 design masters from China, Japan and Denmark shared their understanding and insights on "the Trend of Commercial Space in the Sharing Age", triggering cross-industry thinking and resonation in return.

In addition, the activity area also combines 12 internationally renowned brands to create 12 different business experience scenarios, from hotel/long-rent apartment model space to office space, from space design to product use. 首届酒店设计白皮书系列活动The First Hotel Design White Paper Activity

主办方携手 “住逻辑”， 举办首届酒店设计趋势白皮书系列活动，匠心打造 “布达佩斯大饭店”主题沉浸式展区，以沉浸式互动体验引领观众浏览不同时代的样板间。现场还邀请多位行业规则制定者，以“消费升级背景下酒店设计发展趋势”为题目打造酒店设计趋势高峰论坛。 六位酒店设计行业青年领袖，也在展会现场描绘了他们眼中的酒店设计未来图景。

通过大数据专业资源，现场发布的 2019年酒店设计发展趋势白皮书为行业发展助力。“设界魁星”空间设计大赛的颁奖环节也将活动氛围推向了高潮，邀请民间手艺匠人，现场表演桃核木雕、手工皮艺制作等传统技艺，为酒店设计系列活动增添人文情怀和文化底蕴。

The organizer joins hands with Zhulogic to hold the First series of Hotel Design White Paper activities, creating an immersive space with the theme of "Budapest Hotel" to guide the audience to visit showrooms of different times through immersive interactive experience. At the same time, many industry rule-makers are invited to create a forum on hotel design trends under the theme of "Development Trend of Hotel Design under the Background of Consumption Upgrade". Six young leaders in hotel design industry also depict the blueprint of the future of hotel design on-site.

With the professional resources of big data, the Hotel Design Development Trend White Papers in 2019 released on the spot provides a powerful impetus for the development of the industry. The awarding ceremony of the space design competition "Best Designer" brings the whole event to a climax. Folk craftsmen are invited to perform traditional techniques such as peach-stone wood carving and handicraft leather making on the spot, thus adding humanistic feelings and a cultural touch to the hotel design activities.
