striking antique mantel came from a raized mansion in Del-aware. The hand painted and hand glazed Cerulean blue fish tiles surround-ing the fireplace contrast the mantel’s blonde oak wood and hand carving. A custom created book case is built around the antique mantel to cover the entire wall with a gallery shelf at the top. The hearth is travertine marble and weighs about nine hundred pounds. The fish theme is carried throughout the home, and includes, fish tiles in one of the 5 bathrooms. Antique glass sidelights orig-inally from a firehouse in Hingham, Mass, flank the antique beveled glass oak door. The list of details and well thought out design elements is extensive.
