OPENER DAY OF SHOW INFORMATION *subject to change* TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: Performer must sell a minimum of 30 tickets in order to perform in the venue ($360 Value). Performer MUST meet the minimum requirement of ticket sales in order to perform. Settlement must be completed no later than 12:00PM the DAY OF THE SHOW with either Jon Avila or another representative of Groove International. Settlement must be in CASH ONLY. All tickets must be accounted for. Band members or friends of the band must not sell tickets in, on, or around the venue premises. Artist equipment must be removed from the venue immediately after the performance. Artist and crew must wear Groove International issued wrist bands at all times. Artist will call Groove International 2 days prior to their performance to check in status on ticket sales. Artist will not allow fliers to be posted on city property or trees and agrees to pay any fines should the Artist or Artist’s representative do so. Artist will NOT allow or instigate the audience to climb on stage. Artist will NOT disrespect sound equipment, i.e., swinging/ dropping mics, climbing stacks, throwing mics, etc. Artist will pay for any damaged equipment in cash at the end of the show. Artist will obey all rules of the venue and laws of the State of California. All shows are subject to postponements and cancellations. Additional Terms and Conditions: Person signing contract is responsible for all tickets picked up and will pay in cash for any that are un accounted for (lost or stolen). Artist hereby gives Groove International the right to use Artist’s name and performance to further promote Groove International, along with its services and future events. CANCELLATION POLICY: If band wishes to cancel their performance, band must do so with at least 4 WEEKS notice prior to the performance date, regardless of when the show was booked.
