Overview of CAPER
City of Pasadena is a recipient of entitlement funds from U. S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)
A required annual report to show funding utilization and the progress on meeting goals set in the Five-Year (2010-2014) Consolidated Plan, approved by City Council on May 10, 2010.

Tell the City of Pasadena how you would like entitlement funds spent in the community. This survey allows you to rank eligible activities based on the needs of the community. The top five priorities for public service and non-public service activities will receive scoring preferences in the 2016-2017 Request for Proposal. The survey will close September 27, 2015 at 5:00p.m.
