How To Accept Ticket Transfers

1. Open the ticket transfer offer email that you have received. Click the “CLICK HERE TO ACCEPT TICKETS” button.

2. a) If you have logged in to a Blue Jays account before and/or are a MyBlueJays member:

Enter your account ID or email address and password, and click “Continue”. Skip ahead to step 3.

2. b) If you DO NOT have a Blue Jays account:

Under “I don’t have a Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager account”, enter in the email address that the transfer was sent to and click the “Continue” button below to create an account.

2. c) Enter the required(*) information to complete creating the account.

Once the Account information has been completed click the check box to agree to the Terms of Use and then click “Continue” button in the bottom right hand corner.

3. Click the “View Offer” button at the top of the page.

4. Confirm that the game(s) and ticket(s) you are accepting are correct and click the “Accept Offer” button in the bottom right hand corner.

5. Select “Print” from the drop-downmenu if you wish to download the tickets or simply click “Next Step” to place the tickets in your account.

Note: If you choose to print the tickets, a PDF will be downloaded to your computer that you must print. These are your tickets.

If you put the tickets in your account, you can open them via Mobile Account Manager and scan your QR Code off your phone at the gate.

Click the “Next Step” button.

6. Review the tickets that you are accepting, read the Terms of Use and check the box next to “I Agree to the Terms of Use”.

7. Click “Complete Transfer” button to finalize the transfer.

8. The ticket transfer process is now complete. You will find a summary of the ticket transfer details on the final page.

You may now either print the downloaded tickets, or access them on via Mobile Account Manager by logging into your Blue Jays account on your mobile phone and scanning your QR Codes or PDF printed tickets at the gate.
