Open up Internet Explorer which will bring up the Centranet. Click on Tools and Applications

Now click on Oracle Live Production

This will bring up the log in page

It will bring you to the Home Page. You will need to expand East Employee Self Service

Personal InformationHow to update our information

This is the Overview of the Personal Info tab. You can update this information by clicking Update

You will be given the option to correct the details or add new information

You are now able to edit your information. Then click Next

You will be given an overview of the changes you have made and the option to either submit, return to editing or cancel all together

Once you have submitted the changes you will be given the option to Return to Overview of your Personal Details or click Home Page

Accessing your Payslips

How to view your previous payslips

Once you are on the Home Page, click on Payslip Info

This will bring up your most recent pay slip information

To access previous payslips, click on the drop down list, select the month you need and hit Go

Bank DetailsHow to edit your bank details

Once you are on the Home Page, click on Bank Details

This will show an overview of our payroll details

You will now be able to edit your bank details

After this you will be shown an Overview of the changes you have made.

My InformationShows a history of your employment and sickness

Once you are on the Home Page, click on My Information

This will show you a history of your employment

Now you can click on the Absence tab and be shown a history of your absences

Emergency ContactsHow to edit your Emergency Contacts details

You will see your emergency contacts. You can choose to update the details

You can now edit the info you want to change/add/remove

It will not give you the option of editing another contact (notice the Status difference)

Once you have finished, hit Next

You will now be shown an overview of the changes you have made. Now click Submit
