HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Main Site

• Go to www.maruyama-us.com and click “Dealer Login” at the top right of the screen.

Dealer Dashboard

• Go to Dealer Dashboard and select “View Your Claims” from the dropdown menu.

View Your Claims

• From here you can review the claims in your domain, and you can even export CVS, PSV, and PDF format reports of your claims.

Check Status

• You can sort the claims based on status (i.e., approved, denied, pending, etc.) and check on the progress of your claim.
