When I went to the American Kennel Club I did know anything about small dogs and their personalities. It was love at first sight! When I laid my eyes on Lili I knew I had to bring her home. It was the best decision in my life. She is nothing but love and joy. No wonder this breed ranks among the top 20 most popular. Maltese are beautiful small dogs with stunning, silky coats. Their long, straight coats are a brilliant white, dramatically contrasted by a black nose, lips, eyes and black around their eyes. Although they don't have an undercoat, their single coat is dense and fairly difficult to groom. It can be expensive to do it every week, but totally worth it

Groom Your Dog
