How to make Victoria Sandwich Cake

Ingredients :

-200g caster sugar-200g self raising flour

-200g butter-4 eggs

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract-2 teaspoons baking powder

-Jam-Icing sugar

Step 1 : You need 200g butter and

200g caster sugar

Step 2 : Put the butter in

the mixer

Step 3 : Add the sugar, mix well

Step 4 : Add in the eggs and the vanilla extract

Step 5 : Add the flour and the

baking powder

Step 6 : Put this cake paste into

two cake plates

Step 7 : Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180*C/

gas 4 until golden brown

Step 8 : Wait for one hour

Step 9 : Add the jam and place the other cake on the

top of that

Step 10 : Sprinkle icing sugar over

the top to finish
