How to Read an Email

Sign into your email account using your domain name and password.

Go to: https//email.thestlawrenceacademy.co.uk/Exchange/

You can easily read an email on the screen when you log on.

Double clicking the received email opens it into a new window

How to Send an Email

Click on the “New” button to compose a new email

This screen will pop up, allowing you to fill in the recipient, the subject, attachments and text.

How to Send Attachments

Click on the “Attachments:” button

This screen will pop up

To find the desired attachment, click on the “Browse...” button

Double click the file you want to attach the your email

Then click on “Attach”

If the file shows up under “Current file attachments”,Then the file has been successfully attached

The Email is Ready to be Sent!

You can then type emoticons to show meaning.
