Make sure you consider everything from the nature of information you share, to how it’s shared and how you set your expectations for training outcomes. If you handle this correctly, you increase your credibility and create trust between you and the Board.

With all of the changes over the past several years in the regulatory landscape surrounding ethics and compliance, you simply cannot ignore the fact that the Board has specific and critical fiduciary oversight responsibilities.
