The electric system consists of modular wiring harnesses integra-ted into the machine and properly positioned inside protective electric conduits, preventing the wiring from direct exposure to corrosive products and weather. It also features resistant-sealing connection applications on strategic points of the wiring harnes-ses.

The electronic scale integrates a weighing system that monitors the product amount contained in the hopper. This information is sent to Topper, which beeps sounds to alert every time the product level in the hopper is low. This process otpmises product supplying.Besides, the scale may be used to weigh other products than fertilizers used in the farm, and as a consequence no need for extra apparatus.

ECOMODE

An MWM turbo-electronic engine of 220 cv. These features meet the current MAR-I legislation, that is aimed at the agricultural field. In addition to more du-rability, the engine has low pollutants emission, less vibrations, and lower noise.

By means of Topper 5500, communication with the engine is accomplished, which reduces its rotation, thus decreasing fuel consumption up to 12%*, consequently

boosting the performance of the engine-transmission as-sembly.

Hércules 6.0 is a self-propelled spreader with 6,000-thousand load capacity, which allows for a 36-meter spreading width, and en-sures high crop field performance. Its operational yield can reach up to 80 ha/h*, which provides greater work autonomy with low fuel consumption.

Its dual feed gate guarantees great accuracy, fertilizer savings on field borders, applications on boundaries, or avoiding overlaps over

areas where the application has already happened. The self-propelled spreader is factory-equipped with the best controller of the market, Topper 5500, operating with variable rate and TD3 auto steering.

The spreader features Stara Telemetry, Conecta, and Syncro. Tech-nologies that ensure even more spreading accuracy, and farm opera-tion management.

1) This system runs in a bit different way yet exclusi-ve. Even in high rotations, the oil flow pump avoids overpressure on hoses and on the entire transmis-sion system.2) LS (Load Sensing) pump is responsible for spinner disks and variable rate system. The LS system auto-matically adjusts the oil flow and pressure by provi-ding the required power only to make the machine run their functionings.3) The gear pump actuates the steering and auto ste-ering.

They work independently, with high torque and low wheel rotation. Both rear and front wheels are assemb-led with parking brakes.

By means of Topper 5500, Hércules 6.0 can carry out applications both in fixed or variable rates. The product metering information is sent to an electric central (Universal POD), which through the sensors and proportional valve allows the range of the application rate, so that the conveyor belt speed changes the product application metering accor-ding to the operation need.

The variable rate system accuracy is substantial for the correction suc-cess indicated by the metering prescription maps. This system will apply the fertilizer exactly on the target, thus correcting the soil che-mical variability.
