In order to develop and operate varied programs for technical training, foreign specialists having special know-how and knowledge will be invited to reinforce and replenish domestic trainer s or teaching force.

Programs provided by active international coperations to support enhancement of trainers’ ability in developing countries will be provided and the follow-up training programs will also be established for them.

NCS refers to a set of knowledge, skills and qualifications that are required to perform jobs in industrial fields.

These standards are systematically set by the governments of different countries for different industries and job levels.The term ultimately means the standardized package of capabilities(knowledge, skills, aptitudes) that are necessary for

successful job performance in industrial fields.

To help improve practical job competencies that are required for the general operation and evaluation of field training, administrative work and understanding of work that is necessary for the successful operation of a work-based learning system.

It refers to a system in which companies hire young job hunters as employees(student workers) to provide systematic educational training on the job in collaboration with educational institute such as schools.

Upon completion of the educational training, they will be evaluated and recognized for their competency in the form of certificates issued by the government(or in the form of degree issued by the collaboration schools).
