    HVAC Survey: Visual Guide

    Use for reference while filling out the HVAC (heating + cooling) section of the survey

    --Please review the following suggested

    prioritization for completing the HVAC portion of

    the survey.

    Prioritization:1. Building owner, tenant, facilities manager

    2. Site visit

    3. Permit history or City documents

    Reminder:

    The HVAC survey questions need to be answered for each

    building use section in the building

    (e.g. a mixed-use building with a restaurant on the first

    floor and apartments on floors 2-3 would have 2 use

    sections: restaurant + apartments).
