• ENSURES CONSTANT OIL LEVEL AT HYDRAULIC SUMP - THE ONLY SYSTEM THAT CONSTANTLY REMOVES

AND RETURNS OIL FROM HYDRAULIC PUMP. OVERFILLS AND UNDER - FILLS ARE BOTH AVOIDED.

• THE VOLUME OF OIL IN THE RESERVE TANK BECOMES PART OF THE WORKING OIL FOR THE HYDRAULIC

PUMP. THE LARGER VOLUME OF WORKING OIL SLOW THE OIL DETERIORATION.

• BECAUSE THE OIL SPENDS MUCH OF ITS LIFE IN THE RESERVE TANK RATHER THAN IN THE HYDRAULIC

PUMP, DETERIORATION IS OFTEN SLOWED MORE THAN PROPORTIONALLY. USING OIL ANALYSIS AS THE

GUIDE, EVEN LONGER OIL - CHANGE EXTENSIONS ARE POSSIBLE.

• SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WHERE AS MUCH AS SIX MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS OPERATON WITH

OUT ADDITIONS OF OIL OR OIL CHANGES AND WITHOUT SACRIFICING CLEAN OIL OR LONG PUMP LIFE -

NO OTHER SYSTEM CAN MATCH THAT.

• INCREMENTAL OIL CHANGES CAN BE EFFECTED AND TIME CONSUMING TRADITIONAL HYDRAULIC OIL

CHANGE CAN BE ELIMINATED, REPLACED BY MINI - CHANGES OR REPLACED ALTOGETHER VIA AN OIL

BURN SYSTEMS.

• OIL BURN SYSTEMS ARE SYSTEMS THAT METERS AN ULTRA FILTERED HYDRAULIC OIL INTO THE

ENGINE FUEL TANK IN AMOUNTS UP TO 0.5% OF FUEL CONSUMPTION.

• OIL / FUEL BLENDING HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED TO WORK SAFELY AND CLEANLY THROUGH BURNING

THE HYDRAULIC OIL AS FUEL WHILE PROVIDING BETTER, CLEANER ENGINE OPERATION, CLEAN ENGINE

• CONTINUOUS REMOVAL OF WATER, GUM, VARNISH, SOOT, SILICA & METALLIC CONTAMINATION WHICH AFFECT THE LUBRICATION PROPERTIES OF HYDRAULIC OIL -WITH THE PROPER REMOVAL OF THESE CONTAMINANTS THE OXIDATION STABILITY OF THE OIL IS PROPERLY MAINTAINED FOR A MUCH LONGER PERIOD.

•KIDNEY LOOP FILTRATION SYSTEMS REMOVE CONTAMINANTS WHICH SHORTEN THE LIFE OF ENGINE OIL –OIL LIFE WILL DEFINITELY BE IMPROVED BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE BACKED UP WITH PROPER ANALYTICS TESTING.

• KIDNEY LOOP ULTRA FILTRATION SYSTEM WILL REMOVE CONTAMINANTS UP TO 2 MICRONS WHICH MEAN THAT OIL IS KEPT AS GOOD AS NEW.

• CONTAMINANTS THAT AFFECT THE OXIDATION STABILITY OF OIL ARE TO BE REMOVED THUS THE LIFE OF THE OIL SHOULD BE DRAMATICALLY INCREASED

• ONBOARD ANALYTICAL EQUIPMENT THAT CONTINUOUSLY MEASURES OIL CONDITION MAKES SURE THAT OIL PARAMETERS ARE WITHIN TOLERANCES.

• AS OIL IS ALWAYS IN NEAR NEW CONDITION OIL REPLACEMENT CAN BE ELIMINATED, INSTEAD, WHENEVER THE OXIDATIVE STATE OF OIL IS FALLING BELOW ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS THIS CAN BE CORRECTED BY AN INFSION OF A FRACTION OF THE OIL VOLUME WITH NEW OIL.
