RATIONALE
Adult learners don’t like e-learning because they need human communication (peers and trainer) during learning, and that is a solitary process.
A friendly digital environment is required in order to stay engaged on the process of e-learning, to reduce the drop-out rate of e-courses.
Most teachers’ experience is based on classroom practices and their approach to e-learning reflects that fact.
Facilitating the socially and geografically excluded learners’ access to learning process.
