Print one copy

Conducting the written evaluation session during the course

Distribute the answer sheets and announce the following:

1. Write your name and group name eg. A1,A2 on your answer sheets

2. The answer sheet contains 4 choices for each question. Encircle the answer which you

think is the best and shade it with a pen.

3. Repeat, shade the correct response you have encircled.

4. In case you want to change your answer, put a cross on the previous marked answer

and encircle and shade the new answer.

5. Your question paper has a number mentioned on it. Please put this number on your

answer sheet as soon as you get it. You must remember this question paper number

to know your result.

6. Do not write anything on the question paper, please.

7. Please return the question paper along with your answer sheet at the end of the test.

Distribute the question papers now and then inform:

8. Please check that your question papers have all the 40 questions,

9. You have 30 minutes to answer these.

10. Do not waste your time helping each other as you have limited time.

There is no negative marking , so attempt all questions

For Instructors - How to check and compile the result: 1. You can check the answer sheets using the answer key.

2. The result is written as (–2) meaning only 2 questions are wrong, rest all are correct.

3. Compilation of results is done at two places in different format.

4. To display the results, mention the marks obtained against the question paper number

according to the six groups A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. This ensures privacy amongst

candidates. For ease, stack the answer sheets as per these groups after evaluation.

5. The candidate progress charts should also be updated with the written results showing

individuals performance for the perusal of the instructors. Help your team of

instructors to record these marks against each delegate’s name in their candidate

respective progress charts. Hand over a copy of this to the course director.
