Removes GRease and oIlsFormulated without butyl, IC-115 is an excellent product choice for industrial plant operations and warehouses where grease and oil are found on the floor, machinery, in and around restroom areas, tracked outside onto driveways, any area where grease and oil creates unsightly appearance and hazardous, slippery conditions.

A synergistic blend of wetting agents, sequesterants and inorganic builders, IC-115 holds grease and oil in an emulsified state for extended periods. Since grease and oils do not separate from the product when in use, there is no oily film left on the surface after rinsing.

dIssolves soap sCum and odoRsAn excellent shower room cleaner! IC-115 instantly dissolves soap scum. Foam IC-115 onto shower walls and stalls. Even heavy soap scum build-ups are quickly removed.

IC-115 is pleasant to use. The formulation incorporates an odor killing component to remove and destroy malodors, which are common to industrial processing, and maintenance. IC-115 leaves a lingering citrus-floral fragrance.

dIReCTIons foR use:oil spill: When cleaning the occasional oil spills from cement floors, mix 1 part IC-115 to 10 parts warm water. Dip mop into the bucket and lay the IC-115 cleaning solution over the entire area. Let set a few minutes and then agitate using a stiff push broom or deck brush. After

the floor is clean, rinse off using a garden hose, or squeegee to a central location and pick up with a wet vac. If there is a central floor drain, squeegee solution to the drain and allow floor to air dry.

Drive-ins, drive-thrus, parking areas, and tollgates are troubled by oil leaks wherever automobiles park or where they come to a complete stop. These areas become slippery on rainy days. We may track the oil into our buildings, our automobiles, and our homes. IC-115 will clean up these unsightly spots on blacktop driveways and drive-thrus. Just mix 1 part IC-115 to 5- 10 parts hot water. Using a sprinkling can, apply the IC-115 to oily areas, brush with a scrub brush, and hose off.

automatic scrubber: When using an automatic scrubber, mix 1 part IC-115 to 20 parts water. Machine scrub with the squeegee blade down. Floors will come clean with no film.

mops: Laundering mop heads and dust mops can be done quickly by those who have washers and dryers. Mix 1 part IC-115 to 15 parts water and machine launder. Using a laundry bag will keep mops from tangling.

overhead lighting: Overhead lighting in large factories presents an ongoing cleaning task. An industrial detergent like IC-115 can improve the lighting efficiency in these plants as much as 30%. This improved lighting will improve visibility and working conditions.

The tools and materials needed are ladders, 2 plastic buckets, sponges or washrags, clean rinse water, and IC-115.

Mix one part IC-115 to 10 parts warm water. Dip the sponge or rag into the cleaning solution

and apply to the white lamp area. Using a rinse sponge, wipe off all dirt and grease; change your rinse water often. (NOTE: MAKE SURE POWER IS NOT ON IN FIXTURES.)

air Conditioners: Cleaning the outside of air-conditioning coils is done with ease when using a 2 or 3-gallon industrial sprayer or a 2-quart Spartasprayer. Mix your cleaning solution, 1 part IC-115 to five parts warm water. Spray the coils liberally, let set a minute, and rinse off using a pressure washer or garden hose. The coil cleaning should be done twice each year for maximum cooling efficiency.
