    Pricing policySpecial rates are available for ICC member companies, full-time academics andin-house counsel. Group rates are also available: for four paying participants

    from the same company a fifth person can attend free of charge or tailor made

    deals are available should you wish to attend with a larger group.

    Working languagesWe offer training in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

    Means of paymentSecured payment can be made using credit card or bank transfer.

    Travel and accommodationParticipants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotelreservations. When in Paris, a list of hotels close to the venue, with which ICC

    has negotiated preferential room rates, will be sent to you upon receipt of theregistration form. We are able to dispatch visa invitation letters to support your

    visa application only after receipt of your registration form and full payment of

    your registration fees.

    Cancellation policy50% of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received

    in writing one month before the event. Subject to agreement from ICC Trainingand Conferences prior to the event, registration may be transferred at no extra

    charge to another person from the same company or organization as theoriginal participant. Updated registration material will be required.

    Professional education

    ICC trainings and conferences are approved by various institutions, which allow

    the participants to gain credits for their professional education.

    heard at national and international level. Our advocacy work with governmentsand intergovernmental bodies such as the United Nations and G20 is

    complemented by extensive media outreach. ICC elaborates policy positions onbehalf of its global business membership through the work of its commissions.

    ICC Publications is the publishing arm of ICC. It provides resources for

    international business; invaluable for bankers, lawyers, arbitrators and anyoneinvolved in cross border trade. The content of ICCs publications is derived from

    the work of ICC commissions, institutions and international experts. In additionto the traditional paper format, the ICC Bookstore also offers practical eBooks

    for which the delivery time takes only minutes.

    The list of products covers three broad categories ICC rules and standards,practical guidelines, and reference works. The rules and accompanying

    guidelines, which form the core of the publishing programme, are updatedperiodically to take account of technical developments and the evolution

    of commercial and banking practices.

    The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is a highly reputable provider

    of dispute resolution services for international businesses that are seekingalternatives to court litigation.

    ICC dispute resolution exists in many forms, ranging from arbitration andmediation to expertise and dispute boards. This service is administered by

    two main bodies: the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the ICCInternational Centre for ADR.

    In response to growing demand from the business and legal communities,

    ICC opened a dedicated facility for arbitration hearings and other forms ofcommercial dispute resolution in October 2008. Located next to Trocadero

    in Paris, it is the first facility of its kind. With over 800m2, it is composed of10 meeting rooms of various sizes custom built to the highest specifications.

    The ICC Hearing Centre is available for any kind of institutional or ad hocarbitration hearings as well as for the conduct of amicable dispute resolution

    (ADR) procedures and business meetings. The ICC Hearing Centre welcomes

    hearings from the World Bank, the Permanent Court of Arbitration and otherinstitutional and ad hoc arbitration hearings as well as ICC Arbitration hearings.For business meetings, seminars and trainings, the Hearing Centre is the ideal
