RIOS Students Life on Risk

Quikr can be considered as aplatform for the confluence ofthe user and the buyer, theplatform in which the user cancontact and the seller can buy theproduct, which would have beenotherwise quite hard to searchfor and find the right audiencefor the product, and also for theperson who needs something toinitiate the traffic and makesomeone know about his tailormade requirements.

But is it all trustworthy? Is this industry truthful , who

checks the veracity of theproducts , how is it possible toknow that the product being soldis exactly the product which itlooks like , or will that work as itwas supposed to work. The wayit works is like that when youpost an ad of anything you wantto sell , it goes under progressand allegedly the Quikr teamprocesses it , once it is deemed tobe good to go , it is posted on the

web and is live. However, Quikris not at all liable or heldresponsibility of anything that isposted on the website. Thismakes a point as all that happensin the background is a script thatruns and is programmed toprocess the ad; it is more or lessopen source platform, given thatthe right to change the algorithmprogramming lies exclusivelywith Quikr.

THESE ARE THE ITEMSWHICH QUIKR SAYS ARE

(cont... P-01) education Scam under...not, they're also concerned about his or her

existence, future and career. They've already agenuine worry that if non-urban institutioneducation program is usually defaulted by doingthis after that how about additional advancementof computer! Outlying youth that's incredibly notliable, naive and susceptible anxiously longingfor an option will get captured very easily fromthe malevolent causes who have tiny related toeducation empowerment. Their principal patternis usually generation involving prosperity asopposed to imparting expertise.

50 centers of RIOS are running across theIndian states and every center has paid anamount of INR 8 lakhs* to RIOS. Thousands ofstudents are enrolled with every center becausethey are unaware with the reality of RIOS.

NIOS comes under HRD and RIOSmisguides the centers and students by saying thatit is equivalent to NIOS and has got affiliationfrom Chhattisgarh board and COPSE andindirectly falls under HRD. But NIOS made itvery clear by saying that they have no suchconnection with any other board.

One of the regional centers of RIOS filed acomplaint against RIOS board at Shakarpurpolice station, New Delhi by saying that theboard is not affiliated and RIOS accepted the factand returned approximately* an amount of INR10 lakhs. If RIOS is not leading on a wrong paththen why they agreed to return the amount backto the center? We informed education ministryabout RIOS, they said that it is a crime andshould be handled by the police. We informedpolice headquarters about the deeds of RIOS butno action was taken. Even the government issilent in this matter. Government and policewere trying to hide their face when asked to givea media byte. RIOS chairman, Mr. Venkateshfrom Andhra Pradesh, when asked that is he notafraid of government taking action against him?He replied almost laughing that he has no worryas such because he has got strong political linksas the HRD minister belongs to the same state(Andhra Pradesh).

Without approval and examination, RIOS isproviding degrees to the students

Yes, this is the hard core reality of RIOS thatwithout approval and examination they aredistributing degrees to the students. This waythey are playing with the future of students andchanging the meaning of the word “Education”.When CMJ University followed the samepattern Supreme Court black listed theorganization, then how come the samegovernment is protecting RIOS for the samedeed? Now it’s time for the society/parents ofthe students to decide that what kind of futurethey want for their children-bright or dark?

Overseas Scholarships& Universities

Education Beyond Boundaries:

Like in our country, studying abroad also hassame pros and cons. We can have a university listed, but not all the listed universities, even in thedeveloped countries are good and reliable. It hasbeen observed in recent past that some USuniversities have been shut down or receded backdue to lack of funds and disinterest of the local stategovernment, where lakhs of students from

developing countries especially Indians were themajority outsiders , these universities offer lucrativescholarships and based on your “Statement –of –purpose” provide you admission, parents thinkingthat their child will study abroad does not really careabout the status and authenticity of the university, instead they remain busy arranging funds andarranging the stay for their loved ones.

Thus it is very essential for a student to study deep , analyze and make sure that theuniversity he is going to choose for his career has aproven track record and is capable enough toprovide him all kind of support , like adequatescholarships , part time job opportunities ,placement assistance and also world class educationand environment.

Scholarships :Scholarship plays an important role in the overseas

education, because students from developing countriescannot really come up with the cost of study which isset up according to the county’s currency and assetvalues. The very idea of scholarships is to encouragestudents and entertain them with quality educationespecially to those who deserve it , do that the capableis not deprived and the genius is produced out of him ,who would have otherwise taken up a different courseof life , mostly degraded due to lack of funds or nosupport .

There are various type of scholarships which wehave sorted for you under various classifications havea look.

The best gift you can bestow upon an individualis to impart him with best education, enable himto think, write, speak and more over express hisviews and thoughts. And such an initiative hasbeen very well implemented by the avviareeducation hub, an institute with a vision, visionof taking responsibility, responsibility ofselflessly providing the education with the clearmotive of establishing a youth foundation, ratherthan a business firm of producing pseudo degreeholders. When iConnect correspondentsenquired, they found this educational diaspora asan innovative and a noble effort towards thepromotion and in real meaning implementationof right to education. Avviare education hub, though in its initial phase, started in MAY 2013,is really an astounding effort to boost up theeducation sector and to invigorate the segmentof those students that are not “too bright” or needsome extra support to stand up in this cut-throatcompetition. Now by support they mean

financial, institutional, guidance, and in everymanner in which a student may face a hurdle.

“We believe that the greatest gift we can giveto our students are ROOTS & WINGS. Rootsentrenched in tradition and wings ofindependence to help them to explore their selfand beyond. We make all efforts to impart wholesome value based quality education coupled withenough mental & physical space for realgrowth.” As quoted from MR. Sandeep singh, the man behind this noble effort and theworkforce to revitalize the average student.

The institute affiliated to Mahatma GandhiUniversity, provides various bachelors andmasters courses in arts, science, IT andmanagement and also aims to start-up othertechnical professional courses as the institutehold the grip further. The institute does notcharge anything from the students who come andenrol with them apart from the nominalUniversity examination fees, and providesfacilities like infrastructure, regular classes, softskills enhancement, industry oriented workshopsetc. to actually bridge the gap between theeducation sector and the service industry.

Moreover, the idea is to promulgateeducation, so students with extremely weakfinancial backgrounds, who are even unable topay the university charges, are welcomed andencouraged to take education without payinganything and they are treated at par in theinstitute. The institute supports and firmlybelieve in the industry face up and to discoverthose x factors which companies actually requirein an employee. Emphasis on soft skillsenhancement, companies’ requirements, maturity of education and overall the “readiness”of an individual to serve in any firm is the motiveand ultimate aim of Avviare.

Albeit, providing resources for developmentis the best one can do as a proactive involvementin this society, and if you do that selflessly, without any motive of profit in it is by all powersof almighty, eternal. “Emeralds as well as glasswill shine when the light is shed on them.”

The Implementation of Real “Right to Education”…

“Instruction ends in the school-room, but education ends only with life.”

Mr. Sandeep SinghChairman
