Aktivitäten, die jedes Plattform-Projekt aufweisen muss:

FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THIRD PARTIES

• Critical mass of large-scale piloting and ecosystem building

activities

• diese Aktivitäten sollen wesentlich gestützt sein durch kleine

Sub-Projekte -- Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP)

• maximal 20% der EU-Förderung für FSTP

• EUR 50.000 – 150.000 pro Third Party



Aktionen müssen klar im Proposal dargestellt werden

entsprechend part K of the General Annexes of the Work

Programme.

• Art der Aktivität bzw. Inhalt der Sub-Projekte

• Zielgruppe

• Ausschreibungsmodalität

• Kriterien für Evaluierung

• Maximal Förderung pro Third Party

• Ermittlung der exakten Förderung (z.B. 70% der

Gesamtkosten)



Die Gewinner der Open Calls werden Third Parties im

Projekt und nicht Beneficiaries!!

Die Verantwortung für die Abwicklung (Vertrag, Bericht,

Abrechnung, etc.) liegt bei dem Beneficiary das den Call

Durchführt.

Insbesondere im Bereich der Ökosystem-Bildung kommt den

FSTP-Instrument eine wichtige Bedeutung zu.
