Action Items• Canvass for division chairs (West Boys / Girls, East Boys / Girls)

• Develop plan so club pros better support junior team tennis

• Contact OTA Regional Division Chairs – League awareness and joint promotion

• Contact other junior leagues (encourage/promote WTT)

• ICTA Junior League write up in the OTA Magazine

• Look into presenting ICTA Junior Leagues at TPA Conference and OTA AGM

• 149 teams this year 1788 players every week for 14 weeks.(134 teams last year)

• Major league had two divisions, very successful• 8 clubs were represented this year at the tournament• Biggest challenge this year was behavior; 3 clubs replaced

their own captains• Infractions handled ‘with some degree of flexibility in the spirit

of fairness’. ie. playing out of order, no way to really determine who was first, etc. Best way to handle it is let them to handle it fairly.
