The UAE Coffee Championships are sanctioned by World CoffeeEvents (WCE) and affiliated with the World Coffee Championships.

ICTF hosts the prestigious internationallyaccredited coffee training programme underthe SCAA Education Partnership scheme. TheTraining modules are conducted by SCAAcertified instructors from around the world andcarry an internationally recognized certification.A comprehensive education calendar will beavailable shortly for sponsorship andattendance. It will include courses on craftroasting, green coffee grading,decaffeination and coffee brewing methodsamong others.

Suppliers of coffee & tea are invited toregister their interest in being part of theespresso and brew bar schedule. Theaudience of coffee and tea enthusiasts will beable to sample some of the finest coffee blendsin their purest form at the Brew Bar. On theother hand, suppliers of brewing equipment,espresso machines and grinders can use thisplatform to bridge partnerships with caféowners and roasted bean distributors.

Four of the world's best baristas, brewers andlatte artists will be at the International Coffee& Tea Festival 2015 to participate at the WorldCoffee Events' 'All Stars' activity. For threeconsecutive days, the audience will witness themaking of the world’s best coffee beverages,unmatched coffee making skills and theopportunity to talk business with some mostrecognizable names in coffee world.

The UAE Barista Championship will returnfor the 7th time to highlight the skills andknowledge of the country’s emerging, yetfinest baristas, to an audience of coffeeenthusiasts who have learned to recognizeand appreciate the difference betweencoffee and specialty coffee.

Artistic Baristas from across the UAE willknock their creative minds and battle outtheir ingenuity at the 4th National UAE LatteArt Championship. The UAE Latte ArtCompetition has helped baristas to focus ontheir skills and grow the awareness ofbarista talents which has brought long-overdue recognition to those workingwithin the coffee industry

The most recent addition to the CoffeeChampionships and for the 2nd time, theNational Cezve/Ibrik Championship focusseson barista skills in the traditional Greek,Turkish and the Middle Eastern cultures.

The competition highlights the craftof filter coffee brewing by hand,promoting manual coffee brewing andservice excellence. Competitors prepareand serve three individual hand craftedfilter beverages for a panel of judges.

Space only – build your own stand and provide all your own components (including wall panels, lighting,electrics, signage, floor covering / platform, furniture etc.) and arrange for power supply through the officialStand Fitting Contractor.

Shell Scheme stand - includes wall panels, fascia with company name and stand number, carpets, lighting andpower points. Furniture is not included (to be ordered separately from the options available in the ExhibitorManual)

Stand sizesThe minimum area is 9sqm (3m x 3m) for a Shell Sheme Stand, going up in multiples of 3, i.e. 12sqm (3m x 4m),15sqm.(3m x 5m), 18sqm. (3m x 6m) etc. The minimum area for Space Only is 12sqm.Other standard configurations are also available with 4m, 5m and 6m depth. Double corner configurations are available for a minimum booking of 30 sqm.Detailed information and forms will be available in the Exhibitor Manual which will be provided once we receiveyour Application for Space
