AZOL GAS cuenta con 2 plantas de fabricación y ensamblado de cilindros de gas. Las estratégicas instalaciones están ubicadas en un eje Europeo de comunicaciones y hub logístico de Vitoria (Zona Industrial de Júndiz), en una región (País Vasco) con una larga tradición en el sector de máquina herramienta e industria auxiliar del automóvil.

Los modernos edificios se jactan de la más AVANZADA TECNOLOGIA en máquinas de control numérico CNC: tornos, rectificadoras, centros de mecanizado y fresadoras.

El control en nuestras propias instalaciones del proceso de mecanizado y ensamblajetrabajando en 3 turnos 24 horas, nos permite ser más flexibles para ADAPTAR NUESTRAPRODUCCION A LAS NECESIDADES DEL CLIENTE.

Los almacenes automatizados de AZOL GAS disponen de manera permanente de un altonivel de stock, lo que permite una INMEDIATA RESPUESTA a sus demandas más urgentespara los productos del catálogo.

The premises are conveniently located in Vitoria (Jundiz Industrial Estate), on a communications axe hub through all Europe, in the core of a Region (Basque) with long tradition in machine – tools sector and auxiliary industry for metal forming (die sets and press tools for automobile).

Modern buildings boast of the most ADVANCED TCHNOLOGY in CNC machine tools for metalforming: turning centers, high speed milling machines, machining centers, grinding machines.

Own production facilities in both machining and assembling process working in 3 shifts 24 hours, let us ADAPT OUR PROCUCTION TO THE CUSTOMER NEEDS.

AZOL GAS es PIONERO en Europa en el diseño y la fabricación de cilindros de gas y unidades de punzonado de acuerdo con un Sistema de Gestión de CALIDAD: Certificado ISO 9001. En el año 1994 obtuvo la Certificación de TÜV Rheinland, y desde su implementación ha sido renovado puntualmente.

Conforme a nuestro compromiso con el MEDIO AMBIENTE, AZOL GAS también ha logrado ser Certificado ISO 14001 por TÜV Rheinland.

Además, AZOL GAS cumple con la normativa PED de la Comunidad Europea (Directiva de Equipos a Presión 97/23/CE), siendo Certificado en 2002 por ATISAE – Organismo Certificador autorizado conforme a la mencionada Directiva.

En nuestros laboratorios de ensayos, el Departamento de Calidad lleva a cabo una exhaustiva política de control de calidad de cualquier nuevo producto antes de ser lanzado al mercado.

ENGINEERING AND QUALITYAZOL GAS Engineering Department is one of the most experienced in the sector, having contributed to several PATENTS along the last years thanks to its commitment to technical INNOVATION and R&D.

AZOL GAS has been European PIONEER in the design and manufacture of gas springs and cam units in compliance with a QUALITY Management System: ISO 9001 Certificate. In 1994 was Certified by TÜV Rheinland, and since implemented it was punctually renewed.

Following to our commitment with Quality ENVIRONMENTAL Standards, AZOL GAS achieved being Certified by TÜV Rheinland in ISO 14001.

In addition, AZOL GAS made compliance with European Community regulations for PED ( Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE ), being certified in 2002 by ATISAE as appointed auditor to certify conformity to the mentioned Directive.
