While “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag ” was the movie of the night as it bagged as many as nine awards, Deepika Padukone was the star of the night with two major awards - Best entertainer of the year and Best Performance in a Leading Role (Female) for Chennai Express. Legendary actor Shatrugan Sinha was given the Lifetime Achievement Award for outstanding contribution to Indian Cinema. The award was presented by his daughter Sonakshi Sinha. Famous Hollywood icon John Travolta was honored with the ‘Most Popular All time International star in India’ at the ceremony. Two time Academy award winner actor Kevin Spacey was also present at the ceremony and even performed the 'lungi' dance with Deepika Padukone. While Shahid Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar were the hosts of the show, Sonakshi Sinha, Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra were star performers at the event.
