Welcome to iJourney! The purpose of iJourney is to assist in your daily walk with Jesus. Every believer has an internal desire to grow in Christ. In reality though, most of us struggle with our daily walk. I have always said that the most difficult, yet delightful part about the Christian life is that it’s so daily. Most Christians struggle with the “daily-ness” of Christianity, not because they don’t want to walk with Jesus, but because they don’t know where to start.

iJourney is designed to be your launching pad into an incredible journey with Jesus! To help you better hear the Spirit speak into your daily life, iJourney consists of four basic sections.

You will begin with Preparation. Just as the farmer must first till the soil before sowing the seed, the Lord must first prepare the heart of the believer before sowing the seed of His Word. The section titled Preparing My Heart is included to help in this preparation.

Next, is Revelation (One Year Daily Bible Readings). One of the greatest struggles for Christians today is hearing from God. We live in an information culture. As a result, many Christians study the Bible for information rather than allowing the Bible to speak to them in revelation. The word revelation means to unveil. Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth (John 16:13). So as you read God’s Word daily, ask the Spirit to speak to your heart.

The third section is Application. This is where you will ask the question “So what?”. What is the Spirit revealing that applies to your life? In the section My iJourney Notes, write down how the truths revealed through your reading and prayer time applies to the practical areas of your life.

The final section is Transformation. The intention of this section is to help you with the question “Now what?”. This section includes memory verses for the month as well as a page titled Transforming My Prayer Life. Through memorizing Scripture and enhancing your prayer life, you will begin to witness a spiritual transformation (Romans 12:2a).

Now it’s time to begin the journey! Be blessed!

My iJourney notesDeuteronomy 10:12-13 (ESV) And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the com-mandments and statutes of the LORD, which I am commanding you today for your good? Joshua 1:8 (ESV)This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Luke 16:13 (ESV) No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.

Psalm 91:9-11 (ESV)Because you have made the LORD your dwelling place—the Most High, who is my refuge—no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

TransformationTransforming My Prayer Life

FORGIVENEphesians 1:7 – In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

You are forgiven of all your sins.Pray: Father, I come to You this day acknowledging Jesus as my Savior through His finished work of Calvary. I thank you for the forgiveness of all my sins through the blood of Jesus (Col. 1:20). I have been delivered from the kingdom of darkness and live in the kingdom of the Son (Col. 1:13). So let me live today from a heart full of Your love, Your life, and Your liberty.

FULLEphesians 5:18 – Be filled with the Spirit.

You have the indwelling Holy Spirit to empower you today.Pray: I choose to live today by the power of the Holy Spirit and not by my natural strength. Holy Spirit, thank you that You dwell within my heart (II Cor. 1:22). Guide me into all truth this day (John 14:17). I desperately need Your wisdom and revelation in all things this day (Eph1:17). I yield myself to you and ask You to fill me today with all Your fullness and power. I want You to flow out of me supernaturally (John 7:38-39). Let Your every fruit abound in my life today (Gal. 5:22-23), and I earnestly desire for Your gifts to flow through my life today (I Cor. 12:7-11).

FREEGalatians 5:1 – Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free…

You are free from sin and bondage.Pray: Thank you Jesus for setting me free from the kingdom of darkness. You have made me free from the law of sin and death; so that sin has no more power over my life (Rom. 6:6-10). I declare Your freedom over my life today that I may walk in victory over the power of the flesh, the power of the world, and the power of the enemy (Eph. 2:2-3). I profess that I am now alive and death no longer has me in bondage. I appropriate the authority of Jesus over every assault and attack of the enemy to bring me under the control of sin. I have chosen LIFE and I am FREE to be all that God has purposed and desired for me!

Deuteronomy 10:12-13 (NLT) And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you? He requires only that you fear the Lord your God, and live in a way that pleases him, and love him and serve him with all your heart and soul. And you must always obey the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good. Joshua 1:8 (NLT)Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.

Luke 16:13 (NLT) No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

Psalm 91:9-11 (NLT)If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. For he will order his angels to protect you wher-ever you go.
