At the Bodega Harbour Yacht Club, you and your guests will delight in breathtaking ocean views and unparalleled ambiance. The Bodega Harbour Yacht Club is a beautiful, two story cedar building set directly over the water on its own bay-front property. You and your guests will enjoy conversation and camaraderie around the facility’s impressive fireplace, while taking in romantic and unforgettable sunsets over Bodega Bay, viewed from both

oversized windows and the wrap-around deck. The Club also features beautiful hardwood flooring that is ideal for dancing and celebrating your special union with friends, family and loved ones.

Culinary delicacies for your affair-of-a-lifetime at the Yacht Club will be provided by Bodega Harbour’s own Bluewater Bistro. Our Executive Chef and seasoned culinary team will work with you to customize a menu for your entire party that meets both your taste and budgetary requirements.

Bodega Harbour Yacht Club Facility Fees (Including Set-Up and Clean-Up):

Monday - Thurday (up to 5:00 pm)

$1,000.00

Friday, Saturday & Sunday $2,500.00 Tables/Chairs: The Bodega Harbour Yacht

Club provides tables, chairs, glassware and flatware for each event. Basic White or Ivory Linens are provided by Bodega

Harbour.

Holding Deposit: In order to reserve The Bodega Harbour

Yacht Club, a $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.

Beach or Golf Course Ceremony Fee: $1,000.00. Includes 50

chairs, arch, set-up and tear down.

Yacht Club Ceremony Fee: $500.00. Includes 50 chairs, set-up and tear down.

Rental Times: When renting our facility, the fee covers a 5-hour party time. The room is guaranteed 2 hours prior to your event for set-up. Additional hours are charged at $250 per hour.

Insurance: The Bodega Harbour Yacht Club requires each event to provide a certificate of insurance for personal liability in the amount of $1,000,000.

Food and Beverage: The Bluewater Bistro is the exclusive caterer of this venue. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in by the renter or another outside caterer. The only exceptions are wine and wedding cakes. Corkage is $20.00 per bottle and there is a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee. The bartender fee is $100 per bartender, provided by the Bluewater Bistro catering staff. Bar service is available in the form of a Cash Bar, Host Bar or Semi-Host bar.
