OUR NEIGHBOR’S KITCHEN

Our Neighbor’s Kitchen will be held July 6 and July 20 here at Immaculate Heart. The menu for July 6th is Roast Pork, baked potatoes, and vegetables. July 20th will be a cookout under the tents (weather permitting) serving starts at 5:30 with low or no cost donation. We are always looking for volunteers to assist as well as donations. If you are able to volunteer, please call Monique Connor at 978-729-6773.

MINISTRY TO THE SICK Please call the rectory when someone is moving to a nursing home, confined to home, going to be hospitalized, or in need of prayers. The hospital can not give out any information and if you do not declare your parish when you check in we do not always know when a parishioner is hospitalized. Arrangements can be made to visit or take communion to. We continue to pray for all those who are sick and unable to attend Mass.

NO MASS FOURTH OF JULY Please note there will be no Mass on Tuesday, July 4. Thank you.

To reserve flowers in memory or in honor of a loved one at the Shrine of St. Mary, please

call the parish office.

FOOD PANTRIES IN NEED THIS SUMMER Summer months are very difficult for food pantries to keep up with the need. Children are out of school so the need for food supplies at home greatly increases. If your parish and/or you individually can help Catholic Charities keep food on our shelves to give out to families we would greatly appreciate it. You may bring food donations to our Leominster office at 96 Mechanic St. anytime we are open, Monday-Friday, from 8:30—4:30. Thank you so much!

PARTNERS IN CHARITY Thanks to all our parishioners who have made their gift to the 2017 Partners in Charity Appeal. Immaculate Hearts goal is $21,300. We have raised $12,827 as of June 20. If you have not yet made a gift or pledge, please fill out a commitment pledge envelope or visit www.partners-charity.net. Partners in Charity, former-ly known as the Bishop’s Fund is the Annual Appeal for the diocese of Worcester, serving 30 charitable, ed-ucational, and pastoral ministries. Through your gener-ous support we are able to serve thousands of families and individuals in Worcester County through outreach, formation, evangelization and worship. Thank you
