Aloha to our Maui Adult Day Care Centers Ohana,
Maui Adult Day Care Centers remains committed to your continued good health,
well-being and safety. This is a very difficult time for our clients, family members,
caregivers, team members and community. Maui Adult Day Care Centers is waiting pa-
tiently to welcome all of you back to our centers once this pandemic is over and we re-
ceive permission to reopen. We understand how important it is for our MADCC
participants and caregivers to return to your /our “normal” routines. Prior to this virus
outbreak, I have always stated, “WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!” I enjoyed speaking
with many of you in March. Kathy Couch, MADCC Program Coordinator, will be fol-

MADCC is projecting to RE-OPEN on Friday, May 1, 2020
(Dates are subject to change) Our clients, caregivers & dedicated team members health & wellness are Maui
Adult Day Care Centers top priority. MADCC Board of Directors convened for
an emergency meeting and based on the current information from the Maui Coun-
ty Department of Health and the Maui County Mayor, we have made the difficult
decision to close our centers to protect our clients, family members, caregivers,
staff and the overall community we serve. We want to do “our part” to stop the
virus from spreading further & harming our Maui „Ohana. Our kupuna and “at-
risk adults” are the most vulnerable to the worst outcomes if they contract the

alternative care resources. Caregivers may also call Maui Adult Day Care

To all of our Hale Hulu Mamo Supporters,
First of all, we want to sincerely thank all of
you for your continued support and we
appreciate all you do to help Hale Hulu Mamo
in serving the beautiful Kupuna & “at-risk
adults” of Hana! As you may already expect,
our May “Stoll in the Park” has been post-
poned for now. Also, Hale Hulu Mamo will
remain closed until at least April 30th with a
tentative reopening date on Friday, May 1st.

schedule our well-supported Walk, we will let
