Scottsbluff Police were notified about the incident and subsequently located that there was a burglary to the Fireworks Unlimited building located at 1013 Avenue I. Crystal advised that she around 7:30 p.m. they put up Halloween decorations. She said that 2 of the decorations were a 6ft Animated air blown Black Cat and a 7ft Color Changing Air blown Ghost Trio. Crystal advised that around 12:30 a.m. the decorations were deflated. She said that around 5:15 a.m. she observed the air blown cat and ghost were missing.
