Extended ceiling heights deliver a sense of extra space (2700/3000 mm to single homes and the ground floor of double storey homes, and 2550mm to the first floor of double storey homes as nominated on master plans). Square set cornice to living areas of single storey/ground floor of double storey homes & wet areas with full height tiling. 90mm cove cornice to remaining areas.

Ducted Air Conditioning

Fujitsu reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout your home, featuring energy efficient zones for heating and cooling multiple rooms.

Paint

Dulux is Australia’s most trusted paint brand, renowned for its quality and choice of colours.

To achieve a durable and high spec finish, the three (3) coat Dulux professional paint system is applied to all internal walls. A two (2) coat paint system is applied to the ceiling and cornices to complete the clean, polished finish to your home.

Bold impact gloss enamel paint is applied on all interior trims and doors, to protect these everyday surfaces.

Electrical

Double power points are standard in every room to ensure power will always be within reach, wherever you are in your home.

Your Signature home will also be complete with the Home Network Lite Package as a standard inclusion: comprising one (1) GB Ethernet switch, one (1) phone point, two (2) TV points and three (3) data points.

Lighting

Well-positioned downlights will subtly create mood and ensure your home’s interior is beautifully lit. To accentuate the exterior in the evenings, two external light points will be provided.

Downlights will be fitted throughout living areas and master bedroom, a single light point to the remaining rooms.

Floor

Luxurious floor coverings make a statement. Open living areas will feature 600mm x 600mm porcelain tiles from Signature range as standard and be complemented with your choice of Signature range carpets for your bedrooms.
