Like first patients must to understand proceses of stroke rehabili-tation. I was surprised

about many things, even like dr. medical becose we do not learn on study some things in

detail. First morning when High phisyo-therapist say to me : "And now all again from zero"I

question what that means. Than I learn that lefth side of the body know excelent to work but

right of my body forgot all movement and I donot know how to make 1 move. Then I learn

what means the language of the body/how body fill and learn/throught proprio-receptors and

many new things. Than I had remeber my biophysics lessons about neuroplasticy and

understand: " IT JUST MUST TO BE LEARNED. LIGHT ENGRAM (PICTURE, SHEME OF MOOVINGBECAME AFTER 10.000 TILL 100.000 REPETITION AND AUTOMATIC, NORMAL FOR US

MOVEMENT COME AFTER 1.000.000 REPETITION !And that is that!!!You can count only.

Thanks to mother nature left and right side of the brain make some comunication anyhow and

help each-other to learn fatest, but no too much (Prof. Bajich M, 2001). Nerves grow up 1 mm

dayly and the brain alone slowly make new synapses - that is that NEUROPLASTICY. We use

only 5% of brain mass, and we has reserve and potential but new collateral nerves must growt

up and special PNF exercises - stimulate these. That is the language of body and it need a

time...

We offer complete exercises programs for our sisters, mamy and grany and for all who love

life !

Beyond the fact that today trought different counties thare are many National Organisations

about Stroke ie. CVI - cerebrovascular insult, I decide to give my cooperative work with my

knowledge about Exercises, Kibernetcs, Teory of trening, Stroke, Syndrom X, and with my

skills to make CD or DVD from exercise session. Big help to me were our physiotherapists

from 2006-2009 in Institute of Rheumatology in Beograd, Serbia and their college from

Rehabi-litation centers Miroslav Zotovich in Beograd and RC "Selters" in Mladenovac, spe

cialy they ones from Occupational therapy. Our hope is that this site will attract patients

who had stroke and help them to be active part of their own healing. Like physisian with two
